Continuous learning and development are essential to building strong, effective teams. With this in mind, Cretamel completed a five-day training programme for its department supervisors, focusing on leadership, teamwork, and collaboration.
Through discussions, experiential activities, and the exchange of ideas and experiences, participants explored effective communication, team dynamics, and the essential role of a supervisor: guiding, inspiring, coordinating, and creating the conditions for every team member to grow and develop.
For us, training is not a one-time initiative, but part of our ongoing commitment to learning and continuous improvement. We strive to strengthen collaboration, build stronger teams, and grow together every day.
